Hochschulallianz für den Mittelstand:
The 16 members of the Hochschulallianz für den Mittelstand (HAfM) are united by the common principle of practice-oriented teaching and knowledge transfer to the regional economy. As universities of applied sciences (HAW), they offer attractive career paths in a HAW professorship or in the academic mid-level faculty due to their proximity to practice. Not enough is known about the flexible entry requirements for a UAS beyond straight academic careers. Therefore, the HAfM, represented by the member universities Bonn-Rhein-Sieg, Bremerhaven, Niederrhein and Lübeck, provides information about the diverse career options and new developments within the framework of the FH personnel program at a table at the Talent Fair. In the course of a workshop, professors also report authentically on their way to the HAW.
